E4Impact Supports Horticulture Groups

E4Impact supports 10 horticulture groups in Pellow conservancy. The 3-day marketing workshop targeted 3 representatives from each of the groups. The groups farm watermelon, greens grams, and vegetables. Over the last 3 years, E4I has supported the groups to do aggregation of green grams in Sarmach, Turkwel, and Kambi Karaya, and the groups are positively adopting it. E4I during the recent Eldoret agricultural show connected the groups (green grams) to East Africa Grain Council (EAGC) for contract farming, and further planning is ongoing on the same.
